The flats

The 60m² flats are on the ground floor with one upper floor. They can accommodate up to 5 people and comprise 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own shower room, washbasin and toilet; on the ground floor, there is a combined living room and kitchen with a single bed, a shower room with washbasin and toilet, and a 14m² terrace.

One of our properties is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Swimming pool

We provide you with access to the communal 8x4-metre swimming pool, complete with sun loungers.

Towels

We provide two face towels per person each week.

Bed linen

We provide the bed linen and supply a change of linen every week for stays of 2 or 3 weeks.

Washing machine

We have a washing machine available for your use in a small communal room in the residence.

Wi-Fi

We provide free communal Wi-Fi for your use.

Car park

Each property has one parking space available.

Number of passengers

Our flats can accommodate 4–5 people, and our villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Children and babies count as one person each.

Booking and deposit

To book, a deposit of 33% of the total cost of your stay is required. The balance is payable 3 weeks before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.The tourist tax is payable as an additional charge directly with the balance of your stay. Tourist tax = €1.35 × number of adults × number of nights. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the tourist tax will be refunded.
A security deposit of €200 is required on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure.

Cleanliness

The accommodation is handed over in a clean condition, and you are asked to leave it in the same condition.
If you leave without cleaning, there will be an additional charge of €100.
